Where it all began
My love for photography started back in middle school, when I first discovered the magic of freezing a moment in time. What began as curiosity grew into a true passion, one so strong that I eventually traded my major in molecular biology for art and fine art, with a focus in photography.
Through my undergraduate years, I immersed myself in the craft; learning the art of composition, film development, and digital editing. Every new technique opened my eyes to the endless ways photography can tell a story.
Life, however, took me on a different path. I spent nearly five years in education, teaching and later serving as an assistant principal. While I loved shaping young lives, I realized my own creativity was calling me back. Photography had always been waiting for me, quietly reminding me of the joy it brought.
What started as sessions for family and friends has grown into something so much bigger. Today, my work allows me to capture timeless memories for others while still staying rooted in the things I love most—coaching, creating, and connecting with people.
Education shaped who I am, but photography is where I come alive.
